Do you offer 24-hour emergency repairs?

We do not offer 24-hour emergency call outs. However, we will attend within 24 hours of your call on a working day.

Will I be tied into a contract?

New customers sign up to a 12-month contract, and after that, it’s rolling month-by-month.

When will my boiler be serviced?

We usually service the boiler on inspection, but if you have already had an annual service, we can call back at any date suitable.

My boiler is very old - will you still cover it?

Yes, we will cover old boilers. The age of your boiler does not affect the cover that we offer you.

I have an existing fault - can I still sign up?
